“This is the second time there. The first time there was an issue with a par getting broke. Doug, the manager, treated us right from the start. The part was hard to get and, having an older model car, no parts store or dealership had it. On a Saturday he went to a Pick-A-Part and scoured the yard. He found the part and had us up and running by the next day. Lot of details but they have won my business. The second time we needed new brakes. The cost was competitive for rotors, pads and labor. The kicker was that I brought it in on a Saturday at 9 am and they were done by noon. I did call ahead. Thank you Doug and James!!”
